REGISTRATION – FEES
The registration fees are shown in Euros. Participants’ and students’ registration fees include a conference package, plenary sessions, poster presentations, welcoming reception, midday snacks and coffee breaks.
The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
All participants have to register. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration.
Registration can be done by Bank transfer + E-mail Payment can be done by bank transfer. Your name needs to be mentioned below together with ‘… 1st OPEN-AIR CITIES International Conference’.

Once finalized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The fees give access to the following activities:
- the whole scientific program of the conference
- a bag with conference material: e-book of Abstracts and e-book of Proceedings, with separate ISBN

- a welcome Reception with drinks and snacks, following the Opening Ceremony and keynote speeches
